Satisfaction Guarantee

Exceeding your expectations is a daily goal here at Global Endoscopy Solutions, therefore all equipment sold by us is covered by a

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with the condition of the equipment or if the equipment is not as represented during the sales process, then we will either replace it immediately or refund your money.  We only ask that you give us an opportunity to fix the issue.  There is no risk, only satisfaction.


18 Month Warranty Agreement – PURCHASES

Global Endoscopy Solutions offers the following warranty Terms and Conditions for all equipment purchased unless otherwise noted on the invoice:

The terms are 18 months from date of purchase and includes all parts and labor.
Warranty is void if Global Endoscopy Solutions determines that the equipment was damaged through mishandling, misuse, excessive wear and tear, fluid invasion or accidental damage.  All shipping and repair charges are then the responsibility of the customer

Some examples of actions that would void a warranty include but are not limited to:

  • Physical damage to equipment by being knocked, dropped or crushed
  • Electrical damage to equipment from power surges
  • Fluid invasion of scope by forgetting to attach soaking cap or through improper leak testing
  • Puncturing of suction channel or biopsy channel with a biopsy forcep or cleaning brush

Warranty is to the original purchaser, it is non-transferable to another company or individual.
Warranty is void if it is determined that the purchased equipment has been sent to an outside vendor during the covered warranty period.

12- Month Warranty Agreement – REPAIRS

Global Endoscopy Solutions offers the following warranty Terms and Conditions for all equipment repairs:

The terms are 12 months from date of completed repair and includes all parts and labor related to the actual job performed (i.e. if  the biopsy channel and bending rubber is replaced on the original repair, then only the biopsy channel and bending rubber is warranted.  No other part of the scope would be warranted)

Warranty is void if Global Endoscopy Solutions determines that the original repair was damaged through mishandling, misuse, excessive wear and tear or accident damage.  All shipping and repair charges are then the responsibility of the customer.
